Why the Obama Health Care Plan is Important
Obama’s health plan when you are in the general principles, believe it or not, the one who sent us is at least going in one direction. In other words, the costs of inaction, we continue in a country which cares more about political lobbying is that the real needs of our people. It is important to really understand what Obama’s plan for health care goes to a fair trial in one way or the other make.
I am a small business owner, without the comfort of a large company medical plan. Fortunately for me, my wife is employed by a large company and we do not have adequate medical care is so great. But if none of us had that luxury? I was with two of the largest technology companies in the world, Oracle and HP, but was eventually laid off a few years ago, like so many other unfortunate people.
Obama’s health care plan is to try to correct serious deficiencies in this system. Recently I visited a college friend in the terminal phase of the mine. He was first a visit to the hospital refused. He finally got approval and was the only diagnosed a few weeks to live. His family was then for the insurance costs for care at home for his short life with dignity and quality of life down. It has now been proven time and again that home care saves money for terminally ill and offers a much better quality of life of a hospital stay. Why deny someone to use this facility?
We all know that employers are struggling in these difficult economic times. And hospital costs and other increased by over 100%, but remember all the options for health care reform. It will continue to be pushed to the next generation and the next. The answer would be borne by our children and grandchildren. Is this the legacy we leave behind?
Obama’s health care plan is really on a few key principles. Probably the most important thing for me is that health care. The hot button is discussed in so many people. On the one hand, inflated medical systems you want to take care of themselves after an illness. Would not it be better to prevent the disease in the first place? Things such as quality screening to ensure that you exercise regularly eat properly, etc. Would not you prefer to remain healthy, rather than to the hospital when you are sick?
Another important component of health care is around the use of technology. The United States is one of the few developed countries that are truly a leader in this field. How is it possible that we can not understand how we fix our outdated system of medical records? Portable medical records could reduce errors, improve efficiency and save money all of us! Why did not the doctor I saw for my dislocated shoulder 10 years ago to be able to easily share information with my new doctor to treat arthritis? Effective exchanges and cooperation on medical records would improve healthcare for patients.
Finally, competition in the insurance coverage of a serious error in our current system. Obama’s plan is the goal of health care in order to resolve this problem. Why some insurance companies make the bulk of the money? If there is little or no competition, there is no way to know whether you have found an insurance on favorable terms, and if the quality of care is at its peak.
The real answer to the debate about the Obama health care plan is the cost of inaction. We all know that the health care system is seriously broken. Take a step forward, rather than lobbying, two steps back.
